We cast all types of material, namely cast iron, aluminum, Bronze, Brass, Lead, & Zinc, using latest melting furnaces and techniques which give us precise dimensional accuracy with short lead times.

Our Products include pulleys, flanges, wheels, impellers, bushing, brackets, lead weights, Zinc Anodes to name a few,  and we can handle low to high volume casting orders with ease.

Pattern Making

We have in-house pattern making unit to develop patterns that reduce scrap, cost, and machining time.

Our skilled pattern makers work closely with foundry engineer to ensure that the casting results meet customers need.

Heat Treatment

We provide heat treatment services such as stress relieving, Annealing, Hardening,

Normalizing and Tempering for metal products to cater the needs of our versatile customers in U.A.E.

The heat treatment is performed under protective and vigilant atmosphere to maintain the exact requirement.
